Where We Ship and How Much it Costs…

We currently ship to most continental U.S. states and the District of Columbia. States we do not ship to: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.

We utilize flat shipping rates depending on your location. Below is the pricing chart. If you have further questions regarding pricing of shipping, please email info@twokfarms.com.

*Cases are equal to (4) six-packs of cans; (12) 750 mL and/or 375 mL bottles.

Mixing cans and bottles will increase cost of shipping, rates are based on volume of the wine and cider in each shipment. It is best policy to order by the case to maximize your savings. Adding merchandise to orders will incur extra charges. Merchandise-only shipments cost $15.  

We ship UPS Ground from Michigan; duration of transit time depends on your location. Shipments to Michigan typically take 1-3 days; zones 2 & 3 up to 5 days; zone 4 up to 7 days. This timeframe is a guideline and doesn’t guarantee an arrival time for your package. The best way to do that is via tracking information emailed to you. We reserve the right to hold packages if inclement weather poses a risk to the wine and cider. 

Shipments of wine and cider must be received and signed for by a person 21 years or older. We recommend shipments sent to a home or office where someone is present during the day to receive packages. This helps avoid re-delivery and returned shipments fees. We cannot be responsible for wine and cider, if our delivery partners are unable to reach you or an eligible party for signature and delivery. 

Three delivery attempts will be made to your address before returning the package to the farm. We are not made aware of returns until they reach our warehouse, this may happen a week or more after your last failed delivery attempt. Any costs to reroute or reship a package is the customer’s responsibility.

If your package is returned, or we do not hear from you within 14 days, you’ll be refunded the cost of the order, minus a non-refundable $35 restocking fee and shipping charges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please reach out to us at info@twokfarms.com if you believe you’ve received a damaged or compromised product from us. 

Wine and Cider

Due to the nature of alcohol, we don’t accept returns. We do offer refunds or replacements for wines lost or damaged during transit. If your wine is damaged, please respond to your email order confirmation with photos of the damage, or email us at info@twokfarms.com
